Please read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you fully understand them. Once you have completed your online registration documents, your membership will be activated immediately, and you will have entered into a legally binding Agreement for the membership of www.timeforadate.com

1. Membership and Payment Details

Everyone who registers is entitled to free guest membership for one week with full access to all facilities. After your guest membership has expired, you will be invited to upgrade to a full membership, for a period decided by yourself. Details of costs are posted on the website. The price list forms part of this Agreement. Dating Web Limited can change the membership fees for www.timeforadate.com at any time, but you will be given reasonable notice beforehand.

To become a member of www.timeforadate.com, or to use this website you must be eighteen years old (18) or over. Membership with www.timeforadate.com is invalid if this condition is not met. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Membership with www.timeforadate.com is for personal use only.

2. Conditions of Contract

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect whilst you are a member of www.timeforadate.com.

Dating Web Limited will accept your termination of membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon receipt by us of your written or email notice of termination. Your profile will remain on our database for your potential future use unless you specifically ask us to remove it. No refund of any monies will be made for any outstanding membership period. If Dating Web Limited believe that you have breached your Agreement, then we reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership and your access to the website. You will be sent a notice of termination to the email address that you provided in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to us. No refund of any monies will be made for any outstanding membership period

We retain the right to alter or amend our terms and conditions at any time giving reasonable advance notice of such amendment taking effect. If upon receiving any notice you choose to discontinue with your membership, you may terminate the Agreement by giving us notice. Such notice will take effect upon receipt of your notice or the date upon which the amended terms and conditions would otherwise have taken effect, whichever is the earlier. Each time you use www.timeforadate.com you are deemed to have accepted any changes made to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. Your profile will remain on our database for your potential future use unless you specifically ask us to remove it.

3. Using the website

Illegal and unauthorised use of www.timeforadate.com including the sending of unsolicited email and unauthorised framing of, or linking to www.timeforadate.com, will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

4. Cancellation and Refunds.

Dating Web Limited reserves the right to cancel the services at any time. In this event, customers will be entitled to a pro-rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership.

If a customer contravenes any of the terms and conditions, a refund will not be issued.

Customers may cancel their account at any time providing that any outstanding payments have been made.

In the event that a customer wishes to terminate his/her account with Dating Web Limited, a request for termination must be received by Dating Web Limited via email (accounts@timeforadate.com).

5. Member Disputes.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with our other members. We reserve the right, but we are under no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.

www.timeforadate.com will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way in which we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, then you must do so within the United Kingdom as English law governs this Agreement.

6. Privacy.

Use of our website is also protected and controlled by our Privacy Policy. If you are located outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that the information that you provide to us is being sent to the United Kingdom and is governed by English law.

7. Our Responsibilities
